I’m an Internationally Certified Personal Trainer with over 15 years of experience. I’m passionate about helping my clients feel strong, healthy, confident and at their best.

I understand how overwhelming it can be to juggle work, family, and everything in between, and how easy it is to put your own health and wellbeing last. I’m here to make fitness simple, time efficient, supportive and something you actually enjoy.

Whether you’re starting out, getting back into it or chasing new goals, I’ll meet you where you are and create a plan that fits into your busy life so you can achieve the results you are looking for.


My approach is all about customised, time efficient and achievable routines designed to build strength from the outside in. Meet Sophie

Sophie Marshall Holmberg is an internationally certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), USA and FitRec, Australia. She began her fitness career over 15 years ago as a Women’s Boot Camp and Body Sculpt Instructor in California, USA. Sophie was trained in fitness instruction by her mentor, former Miss Galaxy, Miss Fitness USA and World Tri-Fitness Champion, Cynthia Hill.

Now in her mid 40’s, Sophie understands the challenges of staying fit and healthy through mid life and beyond and is dedicated to helping women of all ages reach their health and fitness goals. She is driven to share her knowledge, experience, expertise and plenty of good humor to help women discover for the first time, or the first time in a while, how great it feels to be fitter, stronger and healthier.

Sophie recently gained her Senior Fitness Specialist qualification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
